Return Policy



  • Returns and/or exchanges are only permitted within 15 days of the customer receiving their order.  If 15 days have passed, once the item is received, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • Items worn, washed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged.  Item must be in the same condition that you received it in and with the original packaging.
  • All exchanges can only be for items of equal or lesser value.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of approval or rejection.  If approved, then your refund will be processed in 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

Lost/Damaged Packages:

  • RJ’s Mission, LLC. is not responsible for any packages that have been lost or damaged during shipping, nor are we responsible for refunding and/or replacing those Items.
  • If any packages are lost or damaged during shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to file any claims with the mail carrier.
  • RJ’s Mission, LLC. is no longer responsible for any packages once the mail service has taken possession.
