Is RJ’s Mission a non-profit charity (501c3)?

RJ’s Mission is a for-profit LLC.  Our mission is to establish our foundation charity 501c3 soon.

Where does my donation go?

On our “Give Back” you can donate through RJ’s Mission and let us know specifically who to donate the funds to.  You can donate directly to RJ’s Mission to help us grow and push awareness, education, and support opportunities.  And lastly, you can donate directly to our community resources on their specific pages.

How do I place an order?

Browse our store, we have products for every occasion.  It could be a gift or just treat yourself.  Once your decision is made it is simply a click “Add to Cart” which is found under each product description.  Then you can click the checkout button to choose your payment method.  You then simply enter your billing and shipping information, enter payment details, and complete your purchase.  If you have any problems, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.  See below for customer service information.

Can I change my order?

Of course, you may change your order if the status has not changed from pending to processing.  Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.  See below for customer service information.

What are your payment types?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover).

Where are the products shipped from?

All orders are shipped locally from Charleston, South Carolina.  Please note that we may ship multiple items separately depending on what warehouse the item is in.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Our processing and delivery time is normally 7-10 business days, but we are doing our best to cut that time.  We appreciate your patience.
